North Shore Farms has signed a lease with Brixmore Property Group to open a new store in Mamaroneck within the next two years at the former A&P Supermarket on Mamaroneck Avenue, according to a lohud report.

According to North Shore Farms - which has six Long Island and Queens locations - they “focus on offering the foods that keep (families) healthy and happy. (Their) team of expert buyers is constantly on the go, bringing (shoppers) the selection and value (they) deserve.”

North Shore Farms touts itself as “range free” with a smattering of sampling stations available at their stores so shoppers “have something new to taste and try.” The developers will require a special permit from the Mamaroneck Zoning Board of Appeals before their scheduled unveiling in 2019.
